Refund policy

Fuss Free Returns:

We accept returns/exchanges for any reason within 21 days from delivery at the customer destination. 

  • Contact us by sending an email to providing your name and order number
  • Simply post back your order to us to the following address:

  • The return postage is the responsibility of the customer until received back at the above address. 
  • We do not offer free return postage, or cover any associated customs charges on returned parcels.  
  • If an exchange is requested, the new item will be shipped out as soon as the original has been returned back to the above address.  
  • It is the customers responsibility to check their tracking sent with their order.  If their order has been sent back to us as it has not been collected.  The returns postage cost will be deducted from their refund.  If the customer would like their order to be sent out again, there is an additional charge.
  • Any buyers outside of the EU, importation charges will be charged when returning orders back to us, please be aware before returning your items as these charges will be deducted from your refund .


Faulty Items:

If a faulty item is received:

  • Contact us by sending an email to providing your name and order number
  • Provide details of the fault.
  • We will ask the customer to post back the item within 14 days and arrange an exchange where applicable
  • We will cover the return postage cost up to the value of 10€
  • If the item is found not to be faulty, we will only issue a refund for the returned item.
