Shipping policy

Shipping:

All our items are shipped within 48 hours (except weekends/fiestas) using a tracked service UPS, Zeleris, DHL or Correos Express dependent on your location.
We will send you full tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
We do not cover any costs incurred by customs import charges, these are to be paid by the customer on receipt of the order.
It is the customers responsibility to check the tracking of the order, any parcels returned back to us because they have not been collected from the UPS Access Point (or other provider collection points) will be charged for the return postage from their refund.
We also do not cover any customs charges placed on the return parcel.
Order can be sent out again however there is an additional charge to resend.
All furniture and large items shipping prices calculated at checkout.
